Open your playlist on Yandex Music and make sure it is public (visibility is toggled in the playlist's edit menu — private playlists cannot be read).
Press Share → Copy link. Both link formats work — the new …/playlists/… and the old …/users/…/playlists/….
Paste the link here and press "Take it!".
Copy the text version of your playlist.
Paste it into TuneMyMusic or Soundiiz to finish the import.
