Privacy Policy

This service converts public Yandex Music playlists into a text track list. It is designed to collect as little data as possible.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no client-side tracking or third-party analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner. (The only exception is a staff-only admin area which uses a session cookie to sign in — it is never set for visitors.)

What we do NOT do

  • No accounts — we never ask for your name, email, or password.
  • No raw IP addresses are ever stored.
  • No cookies, fingerprinting, ads, or third-party analytics.
  • Playlist contents are not stored with your request and are never linked to you (only anonymous aggregates like artist counts).
  • No data is ever sold or shared with third parties.

What we store

When you submit a playlist link, we log: a salted hash of your IP address (the raw IP is not stored), your country code, browser user-agent and language, the submitted playlist link, and technical details of the request (status, track count, total duration, processing time). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — abuse prevention and anonymous usage statistics.

Request logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. Only anonymous aggregates (for example, total exports or most-transferred artists, never linked to a visitor) are kept longer.

Where it is stored

Logs are stored with Supabase (Supabase Inc.) in the EU (eu-central-1, Frankfurt) under a data processing agreement. Data does not leave the EU and is never sold or shared.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Note that because we only store hashed identifiers, we usually cannot link stored records to you (Art. 11 GDPR). Contact for privacy matters: [email protected].
